Our CryoTek cryopreservation process is designed to preserve the integrity of the natural tissue and is the only process that has been proven to provide allografts that are equivalent to fresh tissue – from a premium ultra-thick Amniotic Membrane allograft derived from Umbilical Cord, to a thinner Amnion-only option.
Neox 1K is a cryopreserved, ultra-thick human Amniotic Membrane (AM) that is up to 10x thicker than AM-only allografts, allowing for superior handling and increased longevity in the wound bed with fewer applications required, thereby reducing the cost of care.
Neox 1K is intended for use as a wound covering, barrier membrane, conduit, and/or cushion.
Neox 100 offers a thinner amnion-only option, with the benefits of cryopreserved human Amniotic Membrane (AM) allograft tissue, delivering a minimally-manipulated covering ideal for shallow wounds or for larger wound areas. The allograft is delivered on a non-implantable, gridded paper backing for easier handling and application.
Neox 100 is intended for use as a wound covering, or barrier membrane, over acute and/or chronic wounds.

Store in standard refrigerator, freezer, or ultra-low temperature freezer within a temperature range of -80°C 4°C (-112°F 39.2°F)

Neox allografts require minimal preparation. No complicated rehydration protocol is required.
Neox 1K is ultra-thick and can be cut into strips for application; edge-to-edge wound coverage is not required.
Select desired Neox 1K or Neox 100 graft size. All tissue grafts are provided in a sterile pouch for introduction to the sterile field.
Unique to the thinner Neox 100, retrieve from inner peel pouch and gently peel tissue from its paper backing intended for ease in handling and application.
Secure Neox allograft tissue onto the wound bed.

Each product is regulated as a Human Cell, Tissue, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Product (HCT/P) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), minimally manipulated, and produced in accordance with the FDA regulations for Good Tissue Practices (21 CFR 1271) in our AATB accredited lab.
