American Amnion AC is a full-thickness amnion/chorion tissue allograft - offering one of our most robust premium coverings, proven to preserve more of the structural and molecular components of the natural tissue in every allograft.2,3


American Amnion offers a single-layer Dry Human Amniotic Membrane allograft tissue-delivering a thinner minimally-manipulated covering option to support the treatment of wounds.

American Amnion AC and American Amnion are intended for use as a wound covering, or barrier membrane, over acute and/or chronic wounds.

All American Amnion allografts are stored at a controlled ambient temperature offering ease of selection and timing of application.


All American Amnion allografts have a 4-year shelf life

Store at ambient (room) temperature 15°C 30°C (59°F 86°F)

Select desired American Amnion AC or American Amnion graft size. All tissue grafts are provided in a sterile pouch for introduction to the sterile field. Tissue can easily be cut if desired and can be applied wet or dry. Tissue will adhere to the wound bed via hydrostatic tension without fixation and can be secured according to the preferred method and covered.
