Clarix 1K is a cryopreserved, ultra-thick human Amniotic Membrane (AM) that is up to 10x thicker than AM only, allowing for superior handling and increased longevity in the surgical site. It can be used in a wide array of surgical wound and soft tissue applications.
Clarix 1K is intended for homologous use as a wound covering, barrier membrane, conduit, and/or cushion.
Clarix 100 offers a thinner amnion-only option with the benefits of cryopreserved human amniotic membrane allograft tissue—delivering a minimally-manipulated covering to support surgical treatment sites with a small approach or incisions, or where space is anatomically compromised.
Clarix 100 is intended for homologous use as protective barrier from the surrounding environment for acute and chronic wounds.

Clarix 1K cryopreserved ultra-thick Amniotic Membrane (AM) allografts, derived from Umbilical Cord (UC), can be meshed or cut into strips, allowing ultimate flexibility during Surgical Wound application.
Clarix 100 is a thinner cryopreserved version of our AM allograft that can be applied via a minimal approach/incision, or where space is anatomically compromised.
Clarix 100 allografts are delivered on a non-implantable, gridded paper backing for easier handling and application.

Clarix 1K and Clarix 100 are perinatal tissue-derived allografts. Each product is regulated as a Human Cell, Tissue, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Product (HCT/P) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), minimally manipulated, and produced in accordance with the FDA regulations for Good Tissue Practices (21 CFR 1271) in our AATB accredited lab.
